Freeman in the OF again... Zimmer in center..

We never seem to talk much about the vet Freeman, but he has rather quietly become quite useful in the field and his overall offensive numbers in Cleveland aren't terrible.

What’s terrible is having to rely on a career .231 hitter to solve the Tribe’s outfield woes. And batting 6th in the lineup, no less.

Though unfair and completely biased...When I considering his pro playing career,I only take into account his Cleveland stats. That's not saying much because they are not great either. What is "great" (uggg) is the fact he can cover for pretty much anybody.

Poor Daniel Johnson.... Overachiever Mercado..... One of these 2 (hopefully both) will have to blossom or our outfield doesn't look like it has much of a shot at being good for awhile.

Wow, it didn't take them long to look for other solutions. Three left-handed bats in the OF tonight. Let's see if they can combine for more than one hit.

Kyle Hendricks is a pretty good pitcher. His ERA was between 3.03 and 3.46 the last three years and is 3.54 after three starts this year. The runs are going to be tough to come by. Hope Cookie brings his A game.
