Just watched the 2nd quarter of that Pistons/Bucks game.
While Cade did a few good things such as finding teammates in stride for shots, overall I am a little unimpressed tbh. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt coming back from injury but he just looks very indecisive, unathletic and a little robotic out there. He wasn't looking for his own shot at all and his shooting is supposed to be one of his best skills.

I just cannot fathom passing over a talent such as Mobley for Cunningham. It's too early to say but the Pistons may have made a huge mistake.

Cade a nice 1-7 with 2 points.

Good stuff.

Pistons might and its fucking early.... but they might have really fucked up here.

My pre-draft Cade hate so far seems to hold on.

He will only go up from here, but there is no chance he will become the best player from this draft. Too many obstacles to overcome.

Super early.. some rust to shake off as far as shooting goes.

Herro has transcended. Will never be able to trade Sexton for him now.
I haven't watched a single minute of Heat basketball this season but can pretty much guarantee that Spoelstra, Riley, and Jimmy Butler would get the most out of Sexton. It's good to see that Herro has apparently put in the work and is playing better this season. He looked like he was heading to bustville last year with all the *alleged* partying off the court. If you put in the work in Miami they will usually put you in the best position to succeed down there.

That's a given. They maximize almost every talent they have. They are a mixture of Warriors and Spurs basketball.

I don’t think Cade will be that good at all either but it’s worth it to keep in mind he’s coming back from an injury to play his first two NBA games ever against team s that already he 7-8 games of regular season speed and rhythm under their belts.

I kinda feel like Cade will be a huge flop in Detroit. Due to the fact they picked him number 1. But I feel like once he gets to his 2nd team and is just a role player he will be very successful in the role. He will never live up to being a number 1 pick. But I think he will eventually be a solid role player for a team. And I'm also someone who wasn't a fan of his predraft.

Despite the rule changes Jimmy Butler still knows how to get to the line.

Which is a pretty good sign for Miami's title chances imo.

Yeah I'll never be a Riley fan but do have to admit they get the most out of their talent down there. You gotta be on the Heat diet, zero fat type, all basketball type regimen or you won't last. From all accounts Butler is difficult to deal with but he just fits down there. Ben Simmons the socialite would not fit which is where Herro seemed to be headed after the bubble. Looks like he turned it around though.

Pistons dancers are D tier compared to the Lakers dancers I watched a few days ago. Terrible.

Think this could finally be Utah's year. Gobert will have a much bigger impact in the post-season if they keep calling fouls like this.
LOL at the Jazz finally breaking through. They fizzle every year in the playoffs because their franchise player is an offensive dunce and is unable to punish teams for going small, not because of foul calls. A Kawhi-less Clippers embarrassed them last year by putting Batum on him for Christ sake, and he couldn't capitalize.

The Jazz are the archetypal regular season wonder/postseason exposed team.
