I would have to imagine it's for a wing. They have absolutely no room for Sengun.
This^^Draft whoever you want. Most of these guys aren't going to sit out a season to reenter the draft just because of being drafted by Cleveland. You take the best guy and make them love it here. There are so many former Cavs that live around the area (AV, Z, Nance etc).
From all indications Sexton and Okoro both love it here too. I wouldn't be too worried about Mobley or any other player's preferences right now. We got scared of with SGA which was a mistake since his ass is stuck in OKC now. Don't skip on Mobley for that reason.
It’s different when a guy has a preference to play someplace versus telling a specific team he doesn’t want to be there
Open, yes. Doesn’t make it a wise move for Cavs.If this is true and Detroit is still undecided, it can only mean that they have all three ranked almost equally.
Which means they would be open to trading down to #3 if the offer was attractive enough.
Right?
A lot of athletes have serious girlfriends or wives, and they're not keen on their husband going out to those places constantly.
In any case, guys are in the road all the time, and then there is the offseason where they cN do that stuff if they want. So guys would have to be pretty hardcore partiers to have that form the basis of their decision of their team for the regular season, and if we miss out on guys for that reason.
Eh.
Griffin is the gift that keeps on giving......away assets to other teams
Its not worth it. Will cost assets and we aren't trading up for LeBron here. Do you trade 3+stuff for Joe Johnson when you could get modern KG, healthy Brandon Roy, or giving a shit Ben Simmons? I dont think so.Now...reportedly the Cavs want to move up for Cade. Woj reported the Pistons still haven't made a final decision on their #1 pick. If they have Cade, Green, and Mobley all rated about equally, then it would make sense to trade down.
It sounds to me like there is a non-zero chance the Cavs could get that pick.
Agreed. I wouldn’t trade up for Cade. The cost isn’t worth it and we don’t even know if we will be any better then who we get at #3. Koby is looking to make a splash with Dan Gilbert though, which worries me.Its not worth it. Will cost assets and we aren't trading up for LeBron here.
