Not sure who we move up for. If JOK, Barimore, Ojulari or even Moehrig make it into the 40’s I could see us making a move. However, I don’t think any of them will make it there.
Browns are just going to be looking for an impact player in the second. That’s why I could see them trading up for Freiermuth or Moore before making a move for a defensive player. Either would be a great fit for the offense and add a different dimension.
If they want an Edge in the second, I don’t necessarily think they need to move from 59. There’s a lot of guys in that 2nd/3rd range that should be available without having to move up.
I won't be surprised if they take another DB today. We still need depth at safety and you can never have too many good cornerbacks.

I agree, trade down is more likely, simply providing reference for those curious.
To jump up into early 30s, call it the 2nd this year, 3rd this year, 3rd next year.I would come up for JOK.
I see him as a linebacker who can shift to safety on obvious passing downs. With the Browns' current personnel, I think he simultaneously fills two holes, and also just adds the type of versatile playmaker they don't really have yet.
If the Browns wanted to come up really high, say mid to late 30's, what does that cost? A third and a fourth?
