I’ve got news for ya, Bimbo. All I’ve got usually is box scores. I see a guy throw fewer strikes that balls and I presume there’s some struggling going on.

Honestly at the end of the season, the AAA team has a legit chance of winning the playoffs with the current roster.

I assume you mean Valera and Naylor?

I believe that Akron (and the league in general) is skewed towards pitching, but there aren’t a lot of hitting prospects on the roster. Brennan was promoted, Valera and Naylor have been great, Rocchio is struggling, and Tena has been mediocre.

He did have that concussion earlier this season... I wonder if that or reworking his swing some? I really think you gotta ask Bimbo since I see nothing anywhere on him.

Rocchio left the game today with an ankle issue (per the Gameday posting). Jose Tena came in to replace him in the bottom of the 10th.

It was good to see Tena enter the game after being absent most of this past week.
