2022 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
All it took was 3 weeks for the Chargers season to be packed up. AFC West was the most overhyped football story in forever.
Sure is looking that way...

Russ looking kinda woof
Herbert not actually being the best QB in the NFL like was the trendy pick before this season
The Carr is the Carr

It's gonna be the Chiefs in a runaway imo

This thread with anecdotes on Josh McDaniels' first year in Denver is something.

I've encountered plenty of people who operate this way.

The common theme is a lack of leadership skills and/or the ability to earn respect. People like this often overcompensate for their shortcomings in this fashion under the guise of driving accountability or instilling discipline.

A real leader is able to relate to individuals, determine and leverage their personal motivations, and lead with a much more positive culture.

Denver Josh McDaniels was a loser. Jury is out on whether he grew up since then or if the Raiders are currently going through the same bullshit.

This, 100%.

Actual leadership isn't about you. You aren't the one doing anything.

You're there to coach, teach and train. Your job is to empower others.

Burrow looking kinda ass tonight
I don't think they have given up an official sack yet, at least not since I have been watching. Admittedly I've been in and out of the room. But that offensive line is still giving up plenty of pressure causing Burrow to have to move off his spot on a bunch of his drop backs so far. Timing seems to be affected by it as well.

That looked horrible - hope Tua is okay. Never like to see that happen to anyone.
