The most humiliating part is he hasn’t even chosen a team. Just is not choosing the Browns.

I (surprisingly) kind of agree. But the remaining teams are all kind of lumped together:

NFC South, closer to home, warm weather and/or dome. I think this was his way of ruling out that competing (or at least trying to compete in the AFC) was at the top of the list and now he's geared more toward the personal side of things.

Considering the Browns are looking for stability, good decision making and someone who is going to make plays within the rhythm of the offense, I can't see how Winston fits any of that..

If Baker drove Stefanski crazy with decision making and being an accurate distributor to weapons, Winston isn't going be any better..
