On an 0-2 count you're going to get a breaking ball outside in the dirt almost every time. Straw chased it anyway.

I don't get it. I don't play baseball, but I can read numbers. Javier has a BAA of .091 on an 0-2 count. That tells me he never throws an 0-2 pitch in the zone, but batters chase it anyway. So wouldn't you expect a breaking ball outside in the dirt?

I did. But Straw went after it anyway, and it wasn't even close to a strike.
