Opposing defenses refused to let Gary Barnidge single-handedly beat them, so they would triple (sometimes quadruple) team Gary and usually Pryor was left wide open.

Cleveland has a total offensive EPA (expected points added) of 21.58 on run plays. The next closest team is the Lions at 11.05. Only six teams have a number higher than one.
The problem for the Falcons is their run defense has been among the worst in the league through three weeks. They are last in the NFL in rush defense EPA (minus-7.85) and 31st in rushing defense success rate (50.7 percent). The Seahawks have rushed for 224 yards in three games. Half of that (112 yards) came last week against the Falcons.
