2023-24 Playoff Series #1 | Game #3 | Cavs @ Magic | April 25, 2024

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I still think they can win but more because of the match-up than due to our own competence.

I think this team would be ran out of the building by any of the top 10 Western Conference teams.

In game 1 I thought Orlando generated better looks but missed.

Tonight, they definitely have.

So 2 out of 3 games I think they've had the better offense as far as scheme. Execution was a different story.

IF we win, it'll be because Mitchell is the best shot-maker on the court 4 out of 7 nights and Orlando just doesn't have good offensive talent.

But it won't be because our scheme is better than theirs.

It isn't.

What the offensive failure says to me is this: If we win this series, that's it. They will get whopped in the next round by either the Celtics or the Heat.

Even w/o Butler, the Heat would own that series. I'm pretty sure Spoelstra could take the Pistons roster and beat this Cavs team coached by Bickerstaff over a 7 game series.

The Cavs didn't need this game and it showed from the tip.

Again 5 Cavs just watched the ball as Orlando got another offensive rebound

lol they showed double to Banchero for the first time when they were finally down by 35

There's a decent chance we make the top 10 biggest playoff blowouts in NBA history

I don't care to really read shit like this, we have a soft team. Head coach, assistants, Donovan is a 1B player, always was including in Utah, and there's nothing wrong with that. We expected Garland, Allen, Mobley, etc to be much better as a core 4. End of the day, you need a 1A player to make serious noise. You can't lose 96-61 through 3 quarters.

It's like we have no shame. Does JBB not know that teams are going to adjust? Do players know that the home team is going to adjust?

Oh please. NBA playoff games like this happen all the time. JB being a wuss will be his downfall, but that is his fault.
