I need injury updates on Mobley, Vert and Don... If JA was a game time decision I am hoping he can give it a go Sunday and comes off the bench...
They have to learn that this isn't the 90s anymore. Good shooting will overcome a good defense. They chose to DNP LeVert for the second half and thus felt Okoro’s defense was essential
But passing up those looks sabotaged the offense.
Garland would look better if Mobley could be counted on for 20 a gameGarland isn't a #2 scorer for a good team. At best a #3. Even though Mitchell had an all time performance here, he is probably more a player that is a 1a and 1b instead of a #1 with #2.
It is absurd. It is the freaking playoffs. Why would you not want your team playing in the playoffs?!? I sent a text earlier today when the Lakers fired Hamm:Yup. I hate the talk of "let's lose so we can get rid of JBB.". These are our freaking guys - our team - and I'm hoping like hell we can pull this out on Sunday. Even if we get blown out by Boston, I'd still like to see us go as far as we can.
We are not going to shoot this bad again at home. I like our chances game 7, if we are healthy.Mitchell played 42 minutes and Garland played 43. Banchero and F. Wagner both played 42 minutes. Their bench played 62 minutes, ours played 54. Trouble is, their bench outscored us 17-8.
I'll try to give @Randolphkeys a hand here.
This forum definitely prides itself on productive conversation around the Cavs and basketball in general. People post stupid opinions all the time (including myself), but generally they offer something to back it up even if it's a dumb opinion.
When you join a site and your first two posts are in separate threads saying "Mitchell is garbage. Can’t wait until he’s not a Cav anymore. Did nothing to lift his teammates or get others involved" after he puts up 50+ on a bum knee and kept them in the game the whole time while his teammates shot like crap, you're not giving a real opinion. It's just a dumb hot take
