2023-24 Season | Game #11 | Cavs @ Trail Blazers | Nov. 15, 2023 | 8:00 p.m.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Welp. Watson blew out his shoulder, why not pile it on and have Mitchell get a hamstring strain that lingers? FML.

On a night Mobley was 8-11 for 21 points, 12 rebs, 3 blks 3 assists and a steal, and great defense and an insane +26, you decide to focus on him being 0-1 from three? Way to focus on the positives. He was our best player out there overall today.
I wasn’t focusing on that; it was merely an in-the-flow-of-the game observation when he bricked a wide open corner three; he played well; I mentioned he had a beautiful finger-roll, showed great energy running the floor after some turnovers, too. Thanks for “liking” those posts. IMG_1202.gif

Interesting the regional differences. Usually the newscasters in Florida are pale and during winters in Cleveland it looks like they bought a Groupon for an all you can tan package.

Dean Wade gets to put his winning record as a starter to use tonight.
The record improves. It’s the damndest thing. How can you get 0 points - 0 points!!! - from your starting three and the team still looks good when he’s in?

Caris’ consistent play has been one of the best surprises this season; Donovan stating that if Caris’ play continues, he’ll definitely be a 6th Man of the Year candidate.

We all have seen glimpses of excellent play by him during his time year (last year’s Celtics game is firmly etched in my mind), but there were far too many “empty stats” games thrown in. Hopefully, this is a harbinger of things to come because he can be such an integral part of the team’s success going forward.

I think Jarrett has had a really poor pair of outings.

He was pretty bad against Sacramento and just invisible tonight.

As the lone big, those lineups were the ones giving up the leads consistently tonight.

Agreed. This isn’t a Tyson Chandler situation where the player gets better as he ages and becomes more valuable to a team.

Allen’s activity, impact and production are rapidly declining. I’d expect the same to continue to trend downward.

In any event, the Blazers roster is just a mess. That’s a terrible product up there in Portland.

I wanna disagree on Allen. I thought he was pretty solid vs Portland. Ayton wasn't having a great time ans Allen was putting consistent pressure on the rim. He had some nice blocks and one very nifty pass to strus

Love that JBB played effectively a 7 man rotation tonight against the worst team in the league, on the last leg of a long road trip, at the beginning of a long season in November

Did Mitchell just grab his hamstring after swinging on the rim in his 38th minute of a 20 point blowout? (kicks dog)
This is the worst of JB.. playing short rotations early in season.
