The Mitchell-LeVert-Okoro-Wade-Mobley lineup was fascinating against the Wizards. I wonder if JB will use it again???

I’m going to start tracking “fireable offenses” in game threads.

I’ve got a few to start based on recent postings:

- not playing Mitchell - Strus - Ice - Wade - Allen enough
- not playing Dean Wade 20 minutes
- not playing CPJ
- not making his players practice free throws
- giving Niang more minutes than Dean

I admit “fireable offenses” strikes me as hilarious because it’s a perfect expression for internet hot takes.

I consider reverting to an 8-person vet-only lineup for most of the rest of the year and losing in the first round of the playoffs being a collective fireable set of two offenses. It does not fit into your game-thread category of a single hot take, though.

I do wish it struck me as hilarious or out of the realm of possibility. I don't think it's either of those things.

The next time we go 0-4 in the first round will be the first time in franchise history. Please come to class prepared next time.

The only time the Cavaliers went 0-4 in a series was in the second round to the eventual Champion Bulls. The team did fire Coach Wilkens after that season so there is hope for those that want JBB out.

Off the top of my head, I’m certain we went 0-4 in 2007 against the San Antonio Spurs in the Finals; unfortunately, I remember that too well
