Since the All-Star break, this team has just had the profile of a try hard play-in team. And it really does come from the top with coaching. Any time we're struggling, the coach says the guys just need to "play harder".

But I see the guys playing hard for the most part, the bigger issue is they're not running any offensive sets, their defensive system is flawed.

The other problem is play harder requires energy. Our guys, due to injuries ans intensity and a bunch of other reasons, dont have that energy anymore
