I’ve always wondered why he was just a guy when he was here then immediately became a pro bowler when he went to buffalo. Was it McDermots system? That worries me.

Not picking on you, but I always hated that claim.

Our DL aside from Myles was horrendous. Our LB core was dogshit going into the season, it got worse as injuries piled up. Way too much injust history in the secondary.

I didn't even have us as middle of the pack going into last season.
 


Considering acquisition cost + cap hit, how are you ranking these WRs?

Brandin Cooks (2 years, $20M AAV) + 4th round pick
DeAndre Hopkins (2 years, $27M AAV) + 3rd round pick
Courtland Sutton ($15M AAV next three years) + 4th round pick
Jerry Jeudy (extension coming proj $20M AAV) + 2nd round pick
DJ Chark (proj $12M AAV)
Mecole Hardman (proj $7.5M AAV)

Myself--

1. Hardman
2. Sutton
3. Cooks
4. Jeudy
5. Chark
6. Hopkins

If Chark's market comes down, I'd be much more interested in him.. Don't think Hopkins provides the skillset the Browns need and worried about Jeudy's pending extension + likely high price tag.. Still really like Cooks, particularly if they'd be able to lower his cap hit..
 
I swear it seems like Brandin Cooks & Robert Woods have been linked to the Browns since 1991…
