Hard to have many complaints about Berry’s FA week.

Was never going to be “perfect” but hard to argue against the players added and the roster spots filled.

I like the Akins signing.

I think he'll do great as the primary pass catching tight end if Njoku ever gets hurt.

He can also work shorter routes when we go two tight end sets and Njoku goes vertical.

He should be a nice tall red zone threat too.

His blocking leaves something to be desired.

Hot take? Akins and Darren Waller are much closer as players than anyone is willing to admit.

Listening to Bay Area sports radio, and they are drooling over the possibility of Kareem Hunt as a backup to McCaffrey. I know it's just a radio show and not an interview with the GM but they are making me feel all the feels for Hunt's skillset.

On Akins - those advanced stats are completely unexpected. Color me shocked. Nice recruiting from DeShaun.

I thought Akins was going to break out last year.

He was my "break in case of emergency" tight end to take at the end of fantasy drafts.

I didn't end up having to take him anywhere, and he disappointed from what I expected--but he has the ability to get open and make himself a target in the passing game. I can't complain about that price tag.

Don’t break their heart and show them last years game footage. He’s not what he once was.

Does Akeem Hicks have nothing left at this point? I recall watching the bears maybe two seasons ago and he was pretty disruptive but a lot can happen in two seasons once a player is his age.

He kinda fell off last year in Tampa.

Maybe he still has some juice left in the tank? If he wants to come cheap, I'm down.

Calais Campbell and Shelby Harris are my top two targets.

After them Ioannidis, A'Shawn Robinson, Poona Ford and Akiem Hicks are all fine by me.

I'm hoping the Browns and Nicholas Morrow circle back to each other. I saw that the Bears defense struggled all year and didn't dig too deeply.

What I'm seeing now is that Morrow performed extremely well despite a bad line in front of him. He started out at the MIKE position but shifted seamlessly to the more challenging WILL when the Bears dealt Roquon Smith.

He ended the year playing almost every defensive snap, totalling 116 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 1 interception, 2 pass breakups. Pair this guy with JOK and the Browns are formidable up the middle.

Odell & Watson would be interesting
