I see that as no different than the other gestures as guys round 2nd base. The shot, the cradle, the low sign(whatever that means). Non of it is any better or worse than the other IMO. I'm not a fan of it for what it's worth, but I'm not going to make a big deal of it either.

Darin Ruf DFA'd. One of those budget options that still can reasonably hit lefties and do nothing else. If our roster wasn't already clogged he might be worth a look but I'd rather see Fry I think.

I think they will stay with Fry for now... I think they would rather get a legit veteran upgrade at the trade deadline if things don't work out...

He hasn't been especially after hitting like he did as a rookie... (even if it's only been two weeks since his call up)
buccos now up to 12 runs over their last 10 games
I hate this race to the bottom in the Central .... Rather wish for a good battle vs good teams than a battle of attrition (mediocrity).
