2023 NFL Regular Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
So many openings. Hope we get Schwartz for another year.
Belichick, Carroll (assuming he’d leave), and Vrabel are gonna be options 1,2, and 3. How many more openings are there?

Along with those, San Diego might be a good option.

The only real threat I think is Tennessee because of Schwartz' history there.

Other current opening are Washington, Atlanta, Raiders (might keep Pierce), and Panthers.

Belichick is 100% gonna want a franchise QB after dealing with these years without one. I’d say sign him up for San Diego.

Edit: LA. Forgot.

I'd say Belichick and Herbert is a 90% certainty.

Whomever ends up in New England has a pretty ideal set up. If they can take a swing at Cousins or Fields (a 2nd and a 5th round pick?) and then run to the podium and draft your stud WR in Marvin Harrison or perennial LT Olumuyiwa Fashanu. Could be similar in Atlanta, although they may go defense with the 8th pick.

At almost 72 years old, BB is not signing up for a rebuild. He’d walk away before that happened.

Chargers seem like the only team he’d be interested in.

And even then, I could just see him living the good life instead.

Seems like the perfect Vrabel set up, imo.

It’s the equivalent of Brady’s Buccaneers situation.

Solid roster that needs him and great weather. Retire when he wants.

Seattle is a better job for Bill than LAC.

Also a 0% chance the Spanos family pays for him.

I think Carroll is retiring.

I think Belicheck could be a candidate for one of those consulting jobs for a mill or 2 a year. Not all the responsibility at 72, but gives his genius input, although i am not really sure they work.

I wonder if he'd be open to a job that only entailed being on the sideline glaring at the other team while pacing up and down the sideline? He can do what he loves while taking it easy, and get a super bowl ring with his beloved browns next year :D

I don’t get the Mayo hire for NE at all if what Kraft said was true about the direction of the team.
