Let Zach Frazier get those size 11 mits on ya

Any promising DL/DE prospects that will be available when the Browns pick?

I wonder if they will straight up draft a replacement to Smith or keep Smith/sign stopgap FA + draft someone who will be the starter in a year or two.

I see some interesting older prospects who will be around after the first round. Darius Robinson from Missouri, Braden Fiske of Florida State, Bralan Trice of Washington and Kris Jenkins of Michigan. They all have the length and size to get into the rotation.

A few younger players to keep an eye on at the second and third round turn are DT Ruke Oherhoro of Clemson and DE Austin Booker of Kansas.

This WR class is ridiculously deep.

It is kind of outrageous. I last counted 22 guys that had great RAS scores.

I was behind on the combine but also saw Cornelius Johnson, a projected day 3 pick, posted a 9.89 RAS at 212 LBS. Seems like a guy who will end up on the Bills, as a 5th rounder and just go off immediately.

In general, it is pretty amazing to see the athleticism Michigan had at WR this year, relative to their pass rate. Wilson dominated the Senior Bowl practices and now Johnson ripped off a RAS score that stacked up in the top 5. Johnson made some really big plays at Michigan, high character and an absolutely elite athlete. I'm sure the DPJ comparisons are flying off the shelf there. He's also one of the smartest guys on the Michigan roster and a truly unique guy off the field.

Curious to see where he goes in relation to his pre-draft grade.

This really might be lining up as an all offense draft...

With the free agent considerations next year (Chubb, Strong, Cooper, Moore, Wills, Jeudy) and the big money that could come off the books if needed (Conklin, Teller, Bitonio), it would seem fitting the Browns go heavy offense to keep their options flexible heading into next year, and have young, cheap alternatives available..

WR, RB, TE, OL all seem like prime spots to see the Browns use their picks at with CB, and LB being good chances as well..

Guys that stick out as earlier draft targets:

Jaylon Wright (RB, Tennessee)
Trey Benson (RB, Florida State)
Troy Franklin (WR, Oregon)
Ja'Lynn Polk (WR, Washington)
J'Tavion Sanders (TE, Texas)
Kingsley Suamataia (OT, BYU)
Blake Fisher (OT, Notre Dame)

Kid never got it together enough to be a part of a team for too long, but he sure does have the physical part down.

I wonder if he can catch at all? Basically has all the prototypical measurements and testing numbers for a modern TE.

I was a child during his career, but Ladd McConkey (I can't help but say McHonkey) with the Browns gives me Brian Brennan vibes...in the best way possible.
I mean, for "strategic reasons" I kind of want to see Ladd drafted to the Browns.
But I think he is a really good player who would be a great fit in this offense (even if there is a glut of WRs on the team). I think the off-the-line speed will translate.
