They aren't listing the pitchers, so I will just put links of the guys who did well from what I can see... people add some if I missed any of note...

https://www.milb.com/player/javier-tovar-692825 (had an injury though)

I saw our 15th round draft pick, Adam Tulloch and our 18th round draft pick, Zach Jacobs got a couple of appearances this season at ACL

Nate Furman (4th round pick), Magnus Ellerts (11th round pick), Pres Cavenaugh (14th round pick) played in the Cape Cod league...

Geo Rivera (19th round pick) also played in a summer league...

Benjamin is the top guy to follow from ACL. He should be a top 30 prospect right now, I might squeeze him in the top 20.
Junior Caminero would be top 10. No more deals with TB please.
3B/1B Collado and C Mejias are also very interesting and I have them over Genao, who's good, but not Rocchio/Valera good at the same level, more like Tena.
All 4 of these guys are switch hitters, amazing.

Then there's Wuilfredo Antunez, 80 grade name and apparently good hitter. Was a bit old for ACL, but led stateside bats in wRc+ and BB/K ratio. Could be another deep dive late bloomer like Jorge Burgos, possibly even better. Maybe Bimbo can fill in the gaps on him.

In DSL, Chourio looks high end special with catchers Jose Cedeno and Victor Izturis next up. Followed by a bunch of noteworthy INF like P. Hernandez, R. Ramirez, J. Mercedes, Y. Rivera, Y. John, N. Velasquez plus a couple more OF R. Pena and C. Espinola
Plenty of bats to fill next year's ACL roster, might even be some playing time issues, especially at C. Robert Lopez had a disappointing year in ACL with the bat, but probably gets pushed up to A Ball regardless to make room for the next wave.

Pitching is also quietly improving at both ACL/DSL with more talent filtering up the system. Good times.

Regarding college bats, I'll just drop this: career college stats:

Kwan 82/38 BB/K, 089 ISO
Brennan 92/35, 080
Palacios 103/56, 175
Furman 71/41, 117
Lipscomb 40/35, 102

All with above avg to plus speed and up the middle positions. They have a type and it has worked out. BB/K ratio has been a key stat for their successful college pitching picks and they've seemingly decided to try it out with bats too. Logan Ice and Ernie Clement before that too.

@Tondo

Which pitchers seem interesting to you at this level?

I didn't see a ton of good stats and I noticed most on paper that are doing well, don't have much size...

A. Aldeano and Evelio Hernandez are the top guys in DSL, iirc Bimbo has already mentioned both.

In ACL, Yorman Gomez was the most consistent and will enter A Ball at 20yo. V. Soteldo was a big bonus arm from 2017 IFA that finally was healthy enough to perform. He's still just 21 next season. From the same class, Wardquelin Vasquez is a bigger guy with a live arm iirc, but had control issues. Slow burn and control clock is ticking out on those two.
Alonzo Richardson was already promoted to A Ball and settled in after a rough start there. Also upside left after being two way player in HS.

Not much there and I guess it's why they rolled the dice on some HS arms in the last draft to re-fill ACL roster with some raw talent: Zibin, Humphries and Santos-Tejeda to complement the DSL bats coming over.
