So the final results of my three leagues are in.
Did not make the playoffs in the 12 team league with a record of 6-7. This week was week one of the playoffs and our league does offer a consolation bracket (if you win the loser's bracket, you get your money back). Unfortunately, I had my ass handed to me. The score currently rests at 150 to my 62 points. Unless Julio Jones scores 89 points tonight, I'm officially done for the year.
I can't really be too mad, though. There wasn't a combination of players I could have played this week that would have made a difference given that I went up against Le'Veon Bell (41 points), Tony Romo (28 in a six point per QB TD league), and AJ Green (30). With an absolutely ideal scoring line-up (that doesn't take into account that I started what is probably my best line-up), I would have scored 102 and still been down 48 points.
This team's failures can pretty much be pinned on LeSean McCoy. He had about three good games all season, and that's just not going to get it done for a guy you pick number one overall.

This was also week one of the playoffs in my PPR league, as six teams make it. I finished as the fourth seed at 8-5 due to some questionable tie-breaker settings (I think Points For should be the first tie-breaker, but in this league it's Head to Head). However, given that my team had Le'Veon Bell (49 points), Jamaal Charles (28), and Calvin Johnson (30), well, it didn't really matter. I dropped 177 points to my opponent's 130 (and that was with Ingram only giving me five) and I still have Jordy Nelson playing tonight.
Next week I play the best team in the league. Should be an interesting match-up. Hopefully Bell continues to destroy everyone in his path.

I also fared well in my .5 PPR league. I'm currently up 108.10 to 57.38 with Eddie Lacy still to play (my opponent has Bryant) and I'll be finishing with a 9-5 record will leave me tied for the best record and the second seed in the playoffs due to tie-breaker rules.
The downside is that I just lost Brandon Marshall for the season, Jimmy Graham has been playing like hot garbage the past two weeks, and I'm not sure I can trust Mark Ingram as my flex any more. I do still have Edelman and Fred Jackson as potential flex options, though.
