Brady & Patriots are cheaters

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The shitty part about this is the steelers will miss Brady in week 1.

Hate to burst your bubble, but Brady's four games won't include the preseason.

His first back, if the 4 games stand, will be against the Colts in week 5.
Of course. How I could think the Steelers wouldn't get every break imaginable.

So they won the game by like 30 points because the balls were deflated slightly?
And the deflated balls in that game somehow also helped them beat Seattle?

Based on the texts included in the report, I think you'd have to conclude that this was ongoing cheating, not just a one game incident. There was an equipment guy who literally referred to himself as "the deflator."

So while the deflated footballs may not have been necessary to win that one game, who knows how many passes Brady's receivers caught last year (or other years, even) because the football wasn't fully inflated?

Also worth noting that the Patriots likely got hit harder than they might have otherwise because they are both repeat offenders and probably also because everyone spent the past few weeks joking about how the NFL would just sweep this under the rug.

If drinking a beer costs Josh Gordon a season because he's a repeat offender, then the Pats deserve a stiffer penalty for being repeat cheaters

Im kinda mixed on this. because similiar instances like the stickey towels, heated footballs and stuff those were done out in the open.. There was no effort to hide it.
The deflating of the footballs though was intentionally set up to bypass something that was regularly tested to the extreme of the equipment guy taking the footballs to the bathroom after they were weighed in.

These deflated footballs didnt just benefit small handed tom brandy. not only that the Equipment guy was bribed to cheat.

As far as the team goes it wasnt just Brady who benefited from the deflating . it also helped the running backs get a good grip on the ball lessening the chances of a fumble.
The organizatio as a whole is responsible for its equipment manager and equipment assistant violating the rules whether it was known or not. so while no higher officials were linked the expectation of oversight is a reasonable one.

Also the clubs certainty that nothing wrong was being done to the point it didnt merit an internal investigation most likely didnt sit well with the NFL.

Ultimately the Patriots coach and owners indifference to the matter is what cost the Patriots 2 draft picks.

It looks like the Patriots are following the Browns philosophy, by starting the season without a Quarterback.

The Pats' 2015 Super Bowl rings.

The cool thing for Patriots fans is they get a 4 game preview of Jimmy Garapolo.

In fact, how hilarious would it be if Garapolo plays so well that the Patriots end up being able to flip him to replace the 1st rounder and 4th rounder they lost?

I hate Boston as much as any Clevelander but I think this is the dumbest thing. In the report it said "more than probable" but it's not definitive. If I'm going to suspend someone, I would need the concrete cold hard facts that he 10000% knew the balls were being deflated.

If you take it to court, and tell the jury "He most likely did it, but there is still that small grey area", that guy is off scotch free. It's Goddell trying to make himself look good. Sorry but this is a crock.

More like they are starting the year @ QB the way the Browns usually end it?

I kinda hope he gets an appeal, so he can beat the Steelers. I personally do not give a shit though. Just so tired hearing about it non-stop.

I like Jimmy though, I wanted the Browns to draft him. Not sure he's ready yet, but it would be very interesting if he looks like the real deal, and then what happens to their 38 year old QB. He could have seen his last days as a Patriot.

He'll probably have to finish his career in Cleveland or Oakland, maybe the biggest punishment of them all.

Who wants to bet Brady dosent sit 1 game to suspension.
Man I can't wait till the court stuff start. The beginning of the end has begun for Goodell
