People like Rouben KILL people because they are not stopped by a cop BEFORE THEY RUN A RED LIGHT AND ENDING THE LIFE OF AN INNOSENT SOUL!

Rouben should be FUCKING SUSPENDED FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON. He should SPEND A LOT OF TIME IN JAIL!
