Maybe I worded my post wrong. We need to know Hue's methods of development actually produce growth in QBs. Thus far it hasn't. He used the same methods on Kessler last year that he is using on Kizer right now. If at the end of the year Kizer hasn't grown as a QB, are you willing to give Hue another year and another QB? I don't think I would especially if it's the number 1 pick. We need to see Hue actually grow a QB beyond the point of what they come into the league as. His methods might seem logical but if they don't work on Kizer, Kessler, Hogan, or RG3, I'm not sure it's logical to think the same methods will produce results if it hasn't so far.
