Browns v Ravens

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yeah, just because it goes against your narrative. Duke was never going to be our savior but all you wanna-be coaches had that pegged as such. Duke is a nice receiver and change of pace back but he'll never be more than that even with increased usage. Dude gets stuffed too much for that.

As I posted in some other thread, the posters who want more Duke Johnson aren't asking for him to just get more carries behind the line of scrimmage. And the fact is damn near every time he touches the ball outside of his carries from behind the line of scrimmage, he does something real good.

Idk man, Watson isn’t even playing. How can you justify that pick instead of investing in Kizer in the second? He’s just so... durable!

Plus, who needs players like Kareem Hunt or Dalvin Cook when you can watch rookies like Peppers and Kizer continue to bloom right before our eyes?
It's almost like I knew what I was talking about when we drafted them

But I'm just a homer I guess

Would’ve rather taken a shot on Wentz or Watson instead of a guy who didn’t even experience success at the collegiate level but... that’s just me... and like every other GM in football except Sashi.

Funny how easy it is to say that now huh?

This entire board was anti-Watson all the way through the draft.

No one said Duke was going to be our savior, and one fumble doesn't go against my narrative. Duke was obviously our best and most efficient offensive player for the bulk of the year, so naturally people were pushing for him to get more touches. No one thinks Duke is a workhorse back, but it's insane that our team's best weapon was so underutilized for the entire season. They should have been running screen passes and short routes specifically designed to get Duke the ball with regularity, because he has a habit of making things happen when he gets the ball. This was especially true while Coleman was out and our team generally lacked capable receivers outside of Duke and our TEs.

Kizer can succeed in this league, guys.

He just needs to find that team that has receivers with a catch radius from 2 feet over their head to their shoe strings. :hihi:

There really should be a mercy rule in the NFL. There’s no reason for either team to play the rest of this game.

Ravens looking around pointing at each other totally clueless on the left side... Kizer gets the snap and goes to his predetermined throw on the right.

Who's out there in connection with Dorsey HC wise?

Gee Duke Johnson and those mixed results!!!!

Only the 2nd RB ever to have 50+ receptions and 500+ receiving yards in each of the first 3 seasons

Duke bails out another fried dog turd throw from Kizer.
