And to top it off it was Big Bahb Wickman getting the save, the guy is the worst clutch hitter since they made the switch from broom handles to Louisville Sluggers.

Even though he gave his team the lead with the go-ahead HR in the bottom of the 8th to keep his 24-game hit streak going? And made a heads-up play in the top of the 9th to cut off a run at the plate? He did everything he could to help this team win today... I was more pissed when Garko struck out on a horrible pitch to start the 9th.

I know you'll never like Blake but cut the guy some slack. He's playing a solid 3rd base after Marte really disappointed this year. And he's batting .283. I'm not complaining.

But he still struck out with two guys on base when we were down by 1.

He was in a position to tie or put it away and he did the same thing he does consistently...

strike out when it matters most. It's hard to look past that.
