1st the bring in Usher as a part owner now they get a guy who was in a Nelly video, LOL

seriously, i just wanted to mention that i was just about the only one who didn't think Hughes would be back with the Wiz. i know people liked that trio of Hughes, Jamison, and Arenas but i really believe their potential was maxed out. sure they were a playoff team but with those 3 guys locked under big deals they couldn't have brought in the parts to be a serious contender. maybe Hughes bolted for the money or maybe he saw the same thing i did and figure teaming with LeBron ups his chances.

did i think he would end up with the Cavaliers? i hoped. i am not someone who is a i told you so kind of guy, but i took a lot of flack for my view. ok no more patting myself on the back, time to focus on getting Z signed.

Yea, way to be man. I was probably the worst against you, I was more than sure that Hughes would stay in Washington. I didn't even have him in my sig for potential SG's this offseason. I'm glad he's here, now many FA's will want to play here because of our immense talent. Sweet, sweet glory.

Ah how sweet it is though! Yes I have to admit I called 80/20 he would stay in Washington. Not a lot of ppl on here were really calling for him either because he's not the prototype "pure shooter" we were coveting.

This will improve our team immensely, having someone besides Ira Newble for Lebron to kick it back out to. How many times did we run into a wall on offense and kick it out to Newble all alone only to have him miss? A lot! Those days are over. Hughes has a reliable enough jump shot, and with his slashing James and Hughes will be playing 2 man enough to keep defenses occupied. I just hope they have the option of dumping it in to the 7'3 guy still this season. That will open up our spot-up shooters in Sasha and Luke.

I want Jaskevicius too (how could you not after that highlight video), but I think Eric Snow will excel in running this offense.
