Chicago wins but the magic number is now down to 2.
LeBron is really having some statement fourth quarters and OT's. He's been better with his FT's and in each of these close games LeBron has been involved- be it thru assist, FG, FT or steal- in the momentum shifting, tying or winning play of each. He's starting to shove it in the face of the haters.
Speaking of killing the haters...Damon did it today. AS Karma states in his sig...one shot surely does not make a season. Neither does five (3 pters today) but you cant aruge with Damon's play over the last 6 games. He's going nuts from three pt land and making very few mistakes (sans the missed clutch FT today).
This last stretch of games has been KEY to preparing this team for the P'offs. The negatives of each game has been
1) That we failed to assert our own style of play and sunk to the level and style of some very poor teams.
2) Missed some clutch FT's. We're not gonna get lucky like this in the p'offs. Better team, better veterans, better game management.
Either way...any win is big right now, especially anything in overtime where LeBron and Damon and/or Donyell really assert themselves.
