Cavaliers Notes
AAGZ095_8x10-2006Logo~Cleveland-Cavaliers-Posters.jpg

· The Cavaliers have now won 45 or more games in each of their last three seasons. It marks just the second time in team history (1991-92 to 1993-94) that Cleveland reached that mark in three straight seasons.

· With a sellout tonight, the Cavaliers would set a franchise record for sellouts in a season with 33. The Cavaliers set a team record last season. Cleveland is also on pace to set a team record for average home attendance which was set last season at 20,436.

· Cleveland will wrap up the regular season schedule at home for the third consecutive season. The Cavaliers have won each of the past five season-ending games overall.

· LeBron James is on pace to become the first Cavalier in team history to lead the NBA in scoring. At 30.0 points per game entering tonight’s game, James would post his second-highest scoring average of his career (31.4 per game in 2005-06).

· Zydrunas Ilgauskas has scored in double figures in each of the last 13 games. Over that stretch, he has averaged 17.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. It marks his longest stretch of double-figure scoring games since he did it in 14 consecutive games from March 5-April 2, 2006.

· Over his last eight games, Delonte West has averaged 13.3 points and has hit on 13-29 (.448) from three-point range. He has also averaged 4.8 assists and 4.3 rebounds per game.

WHO CARES

rest lebron and z. play wally and delonte heavy minutes and see if we can get damon some pt in there. I really wanna see wally explode goddamn do we need some production from the 2 spot

Rest our starters!

Edit: I doubt LeBron plays. He needs to score 30 to maintain his 30.0 PPG average btw.

LBJ and Ben will be out tonight....So its time to start Wally and Joe and take a look what they can do....I really want this win and wally's excellent game so we can enter the playoffs with much optimism......

something tells me this game thread won't be very active.

Sit out LeBron, Z and Ben.

Give Boobie, Wally and Varejao HEAVY minutes.

I wanna see joe smith play heavy minutes and see if he can be a focal part of the offense

Oh this thread should be active..it's the Pistons..and they'll do something to tick everyone off..

I don't know about you guys but I hope to God we win this game. This is our last game of the year and with all the negativity lately, I would not be able to stand losing here.

I will be in Cleveland tonight at the Tribe game.

I mean we have the

Cavs vs. the Pistons and

Tribe vs. the Tigers

Side by side at the same time. Holy Shit it would be nice to get 2 wins and have a buzz going into the playoffs.

I want to see some of this........

It's time to RISE UP Cleveland, if you think that we are ready are not..!!!!

Last regular season game of the year?

Home finale?

Fan appreciation night?

I'm so game threading it up tonight.

This will be only the second game of the season I will be able to make it to. Even if Lebron and others sit, I'm sure the game will be a blast...Pistons and the regular season finale!

When I get home tonight, I'll be interested to see how active this thread was.
