Missed a crucial rebound, so did Lebron. Missed a crucial Free throw so did Lebron, missed 2 3s, Love missed one, Lebron.missed one.

Plenty of opportunities to win that game, but I think rebounding lost that game.

Cedi was awesome. It would have been great had he hit those, but he didnt. Overall easily best effort on the team.

I must have missed where Cedi had 44 Points on 17 of 29, 11 Assists and 11 Rebounds.

Yeah you can’t pin everyone on LBJ. Cedi had multiple opportunities to put an imprint on the game.
Just didn’t come through. The good news is he seems to have that capacity.

Man if Cedi can just get his shot more consistent the sky is the limit for him. 18-7-6 and thats while having a pretty cold night shooting from deep at least. I know New York is a horrible team but he still was still driving inside at will for a good portion of the third.

It’s funny. He’s one of the very few euro NBA wings that is actually NBA quick. He’s seriously one of the quickest wings in the nba right now.

Usually athleticism is the issue with euro wings. With cedi it’s the opposite. He’s got to get a shot.

Cedi is shooting 48% and 37% from 3. That's very respectable, especially for a rookie. I constantly see people bashing him and saying his shooting sucks. You'd think he needs a complete overhaul of his shooting form but that's not the case at all. I bet if you take away all his last second heaves it'd be at almost 40% from 3. His ceiling truly is great role player/borderline allstar. Finally Lebron has several young players contributing instead of just old vets.

Other than his good floor game tonight and the Cavs using him much more as a PnR Ball Handler rather than strictly as a Spot Up player, I gotta say that he hasn't regained his burst and lateral quickness since coming back from the injury. You can see it on defense especially and when he runs in transition and attacks closeouts.

He still looks pretty shifty and quick in small spaces when he had the ball, but doesn't have the same max speed, first step and lateral quickness, and it's most notable on the defensive where he used to hustle like a man possessed.

He didn't shoot well to end the game because he played for 3 quarters straight for some reason. Good game nontheless.

He clearly was in a different class than were the other scrubs on the floor last night.

Also thought it interesting that Perk knew how to feed Zizic. Obviously, they've played together, but it also shows that Zizic has the basketball IQ to know how to position himself so that a vet like Perkins can find him consistently.

Cedi is looking very good and got into a good rhythm last night. I really liked him driving the ball and passing. Makes me wish he had driven to the basket that 2nd wide open 3 he got against philly in the last couple minutes.

Looks to me like his handle is the thing that is keeping him from playing a pg role regularly. I was watching some european highlights and he was really running the team very well. If he can tighten up his handles a bit, he could possibly play a similar role here.

He is also getting his shot up way quicker than earlier in the season, and I think it is helping him.

I am loathe to trade him or Ante unless it is for a really good player. I am They are cheap and can easily contribute next year, maybe even at a high level. Looks to me like our TT and JR replacements are already on the team.

Kawhi for Ante and Cedi would be a win win situation. LeBron would resign and you would have one of the best two way player in the league.

Yeah I am cool with that trade, even if i would want to hang onto a center. Trading them both and the pick for Kemba, CJ Mc, Wall or another really good player seems counterproductive to me. I think if you trade them both and the pick, you need like a total small dunk young 2 way star.

I see Cedi as a do anything Ariza type of player who is productive for a long time and really helps the defense. Zizic seems to have a pretty high ceiling to me. He seems to have a jumpshot and is a terror around the rim. I don't see anything that limits him right now. He could be really good.

If you can trade them for a slam dunk this summer, you have to do it, but if it is for a mid level star, I think you could play them both next year adn only have to give up one for that type of player by the deadline. In other words, no way they should just be throw ins.
