One of the biggest fallacies around is this idea that Gregg Williams is actually good.

He's not.

I get your point when I see our guys not playing press coverage and backing off too deep for the down and distance.

But you have to admit there are a whole lot of plays where this defense looks very good, and very disruptive. To me it seems Williams needs to figure out times when he should mix things up by being a little more conservative and conventional in certain situations. Instead he seems locked into being extremely aggressive up front while leaving his defensive backfield exposed and in retreat. He needs some heavy coverage options disguised as blitz packages to mix up his looks.
