Really sucks the entire backfield is down. QB, FB, and both RBs. I mean, wtf kind of luck is that.

Tretter, Wills, Conklin are all questionable and didn't practice the last two days. Today's practice report will be telling. If those 3 guys can go, or at least two of them, and Odell and Jarvis play I'll actually feel decent about the team finding a way to win. Ton of questionable guys on the defensive side but all of them are likely to suit up. Only guy with back to back DNPs is AJ Green, and he's whatever.

You should buy into it.

They were blessed to have the easiest schedule in the NFL. Their defense gets no pressure and their offense is falling off a cliff when they play anyone with a pulse.

Picked a hell of a first regular season game to go to since the Browns vs Steelers TNF, Myles head basher a few years back.

Rainy, windy, half the team out, in what completely feels like a must win. Gonna have a blast! Might have to double the amount of booze, but gonna have a blast!

Just to add to the craziness of the season, we all just know that Odell will put up a 9 catch, 100 yard, 2 TD performance to take the drama further off the rails right?

Of course there are excuses. It would be overcoming massive adversity to win this game

It depends how his labrum tore. Was listening to a sports doc on twitter about this, which I will have to try to dig up.

The labrum can tear off the bone. It can tear just near the bicep tendon. Or it can tear just along the edge of the labrum (one of the few ways you can avoid surgery).....fraying of the labrum. Baker already said it was completely torn, so that leaves off the bone or torn by his bicep.

It is common is both of those situations, that there is also damage to the rotator cuff, because of the force necessary to tear away from the bicep or completely tear off the bone. And if there wasn't already, it is possible he suffered rotator cuff damage on the fall this past game.

So if he has both a complete labrum tear and also rotator cuff damage, the potential for long term damage goes up. Because the instability is really tough to counter act at that point. And that increased instability can lead to joint degeneration, which would be increasingly bad for a young athlete.

I mean, I can see where Los is coming from, and I alluded to it in a previous post. If Keenum and Johnson are your only backups on offense, meaning Jarvis/Odell and the linemen play, it’s still a winnable game. Keenum is regarded by many as one of the better backup QBs in the league. It’s not like we’re throwing Garrett Gilbert out there, or that we’re asking Keenum to outdual Mahomes or Brady. Other than JOK the defense is healthy and due for a regression to the mean after the last two shitshows. Again, ALOT of IFs given the injury report but if a lot of these other questionable guys suit up I like our chances. This Broncos team just got pantsed at home by a Raiders team that had a week of turmoil to deal with.

I flew in from alabamey specifically for these 2 games and Chubb is by far my favorite player. I feel u man
