fuller isn’t going to cost any of the WRs worth a damn on this roster a spot.

Assuming Cooper, DPJ, Bell, Grant and Schwartz are locks, how many WRs are being kept? I'd rather see Woods II and Weston make the roster over Fuller. Would probably even rather have Bradley, too. I can't see them keeping 8 WRs.

We are in win now mode. We need a proven Watson target more than we need someone like Bradley or woods who can easily go to the PS.

Fuller cant stay on the field, Watson's more likely to play more games over the next 2 years with the suspession looming than Fuller will likely play.

Just not interested on spending the money on Fuller.

Who knows. The schedule to start the season is really soft. The defense will be improved, WR core is better, and we still currently have Chubb, Hunt, and DEJ. Brissett isn't going to put the team on his back and win you games, but he's not necessarily going to go out and give them away either. I don't think it's crazy to think they can go 4-4 to start the year without Watson if he get an eight game suspension. They just need to stay in striking distance until he gets back and at least the wildcard would still be in play.

If we flip that and go 3-1 over those games we finish 10-7.

Cincy won the division at 10-7.

Absolutely horrific qb play much of the season and the Browns were still right in it until the last month.

I really don't think people understand how good this team could be with even average QB play. I think they could win 11 games with Brissett starting the whole season.

100%. If Watson can play 12 games, we better win the division.
I honestly don’t see the Bengals duplicating what they accomplished last season.
D overreached, no injuries and a cold blooded kicker who was perfect towards the end. Any and all of those stumble and they will hurt a little.

And I don’t see the Ravens being so bad this year… North is going to be battle even if Watson doesn’t get suspended…

Woods was a 6th round pick. 6th round picks go to the PS all the time. Fuller is better than him and it’s not even close. If fuller gets hurt then active woods off the PS. It’s not that complicated.

Pythagorean Winning % used by Bill James to determine future winning percentage by a sporting team using points scored for and points given up.

points scored ^2 / points scored ^2 + points given up ^2 = win%......its easy you can do it at home crazy how accurate the formula for being so simple.

The browns gives up 371 points in 2021 season, in order to achieve 11 wins the Browns offense would need 141 more points or about 20/21 extra TDs to get to 10.78 wins; lets round up. Brissett's best year throwing touchdowns was one td better than Mayfield last year. I think Brissett is a solid backup and could very well hold the Browns until Watson comes back if he's suspended, but its hard to believe that Brissett leads the Browns to 20 extra tds.
