He didn’t say it would be here though
I think people need to read between the lines on the exit interviews. It's pretty clear that not only has Baker lost the locker room but he divided the locker room when we released OBJ. All the talks about the team chemistry being off and needing to be better fall right in line with that.
I've always seen Njoku as the type of player who should be very good rather than actually a very good player himself.Njoku is the exact type of player that belongs in Stefanski's offense.
I agree with this. He can block and is a receiving threat/big red zone target though. Would rather get him back on a reasonable contract, since Hooper is gone and not sure how much faith to have in Bryant/Carlson.I've always seen Njoku as the type of player who should be very good rather than actually a very good player himself.
That's why God gave him threeThat means he expects Baker to bounce of the turf and hurt the other shoulder.
If you buy into the fan-craze and media exaggerations then I'd see how you felt that way. MKC for example chose terms like "Baker WILL" instead of "Baker MAY" and it leads to these kind of thoughts that fans have.I didn’t glean this. As much as I want Baker gone, I felt more support for him and desire to run it back with him than I would have liked.
A few days ago I thought the bridges were burned and there was no way he was back. Unfortunately I feel like we’ve moved in the opposite direction over this past week. We’ll see.
Go Bears!
Berry’s front office getting love.
Worth noting that the Browns would receive a pair of third round picks - one in 2022 and one in 2023 - if either of these gentlemen got hired.

I think Njoku has all the tools to be a star TE. Once they brought Hooper in, combined with the number of players on offense that needed the ball, he hasn't had as many opportunities to show it. He was able to show some of it this season because Hooper sucked. The Browns will have many holes to address and Njoku would give them some flexibility in how they address that position group. Njoku was definitely a letdown considering his draft position and athleticism, but he would be fine as the 2nd string TE or starter while they look for an upgrade.
Njoku has all the physical gifts to be a great tight end…. He doesn’t have the desire to be however…
