geographically speaking, only a tiny part of Turkey is in Europe. I've never been there so I couldn't comment but having traveled to several European countries I must say that Ukraine was the only country where I came across a severe lack-of-deodorant situation (amazing how much can people perspire even with -20 Celsius outside :chuckles and it was probably a fluke anyway...

Technically no...only minor fraction of Turkey is inside Europe and the cities the tournament is played in are well into Asia except Istanbul which lies pretty much on borders of Europe and Asia.
