Why was he benched the end of the game plus all of OT? Okoro wasn’t havnt a great game must have been he defence?

I kind of wondered the same thing but our defense making stops and facilitating quick easy transition buckets was the reason we stayed in the game. Bickerstaff must have seen something Okoro was doing.

Osman started the first overtime. Then Detroit scored 8 straight points or something and they had to get Okoro back in there.

Yeah his defense isn't looking to hot unfortunately. But no problem, because we have Ice the perfect partner, plus Cedi's new shooting is actually awesome off the bench. Really provides a nice offensive punch.

Pistons color commentator called him 'our new Korver' lmao, right after his first shot. They praised his shooting a few other times too. The league has noticed.

He is just too erratic. He tries really hard, but he is not focused. He has the tools, just not the attention span and perhaps the IQ. When he has to cover for others, he makes at times some bad decisions.

Yeah agreed. Plus he's not good with screens, it's easy to take him out of the play. I think his help D is good, but he can be an easy on ball target.

The hesitation in his game is completely gone as well. Fixing up shooting mechanics may have solved some other problems.

He will have a chance at one more contract as he will be just turning 30.

He hasn't played but average to a bit below average but is still young. He took the 4 years 31 million in front of him and enough to set him up for life. Play well for 4 years and get one last big contract like 3 years and 50 mill. Get hurt or don't play well, he still got money to be set.

I don't think he is kicking himself, you do what you have to do, he isn't a star with endorsements or can sign a major deal after an injury like Durant.
