If the choice is between Vick and his 20+ turnovers and subpar passing ability or Weeden with his 20+ turnovers and inability to throw a ball without staring down his receiver for ten seconds, I'll take Vick. At least Vick has the potential to be an elite quarterback in the right scheme and with an offensive line that can, you know, actually block defenders. Weeden's ceiling is probably an average NFL quarterback.
He's 32 years old & has been in the league for 10 seasons. He is what he is at this point in time, and he is not elite. He's had 3 seasons with a QB Rating above 80 and has had decreasing #'s in Comp %, TD %, and QB Rating over the past 3 seasons.
