Here’s a stat I just dug up for recent player value. I went back over the last 10 games and added up the + - stats for our primary players. Over the last 10 games we went 5-5. Over those 10 games: Dean Wade +25, Darius Garland +7, McGee -8, Windler -10, Osman -23, Sexton -28, Allen -32, Okoro -42, Nance -57. Shocking?

Nance when his 3 point shot is off is not a winning player imo. He goes as far as his 3 point shooting takes him. Hopefully it’s just some rust from his injury and he gets it together

This guy has the potential to be the face of the league if the Cavs are patient with him.
He could become that but JBB is such a horrible coach that he’s preventing the man from achieving greatness.

Inside sauces say that D Wade is a Kevin Love with defense, so next year when the man turns 25 he could be putting up numbers that Kevin did in 2013-14. Of course, the T-wolves had a far superior organization then versus what the Cavaliers have now, particularly at GM. The respect Kevin had for the T Wolves front office is well known of course.

2013-14 Kevin Love plus some defense would be a better than average player with a shot at the all star team. Hopefully the Cavaliers can find a coach that can make that happen for our most promising young talent. A new coach could also start either Stevens or Windler, with the other first off the bench at forward. Windler is longer than Okoro so he should have no problem defending the other team’s primary wing scoring option.

Give this man the money being paid to Kevin the thief love.

If JBB knew he has a future hall of famer in Dean Wade and gave him Okoro's minutes, the Cavs might not have lost at all this year. Poor coaching and talent evaluation by the cavs per usual.

Best performing D Wade in a Wine & Gold uniform.
