I can’t argue against LeVerts success this far in the starting role… but to me it still begs the question: could we get even more from him in an optimal 6th man role? His defense and passing would fit in well at the helm of the second unit and he’d get to flex a little more offensively with some added usage.I find it hard to argue against success.
The defense and passing LeVert brings the starting lineup has proven to be invaluable. He has especially succeeded in setting up bigs and involving them in offense. Concerns that he doesn't have the frame to defend small forwards were greatly exaggerated.
Add to this LeVert is currently leading the team in three point percentage, and any criticisms become moot.
When I think of Dean Wade I think of perfection and John Madden talking about a baby bucket.
