Deshaun Watson: Third Highest Paid QB in the AFC North (OUT for 2023)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
was he really that good COVID year? You lose a playoff game to Chad henne I have serious questions about your ability to inspire and lead men
The only browns playoff victory in like 40 years and basically a terrible non call targeting and Chad henne scramble from going to the AFCCG.... And you want to know if he was that good?

I don’t want to turn this into a why I want a stefanski thread. I’m going to be watching some film on Watson tomorrow and will come back with some notes on why he hasn’t regained form. I think most of it is mental. Going from a hero to a villain and having to sit out two years. Could be the system Kevin runs. A combination of all the above. But I want to watch his footwork, head movements, reads etc. I didn’t like the Watson trade to begin with. I’m more of a basketball fan thought of Watson like a Russell Westbrook when he was with the Texans. Just a guy who put up good numbers on average teams and nobody is expecting much out of you. Flacco comes in and shows if you know how to read a defense, which Watson doesn’t, there are plays to be made all over the field.

If you didn't have " early March massive meltdown over Flacco" on your bingo card months ago, that's on you.

He didn't lose to Henne. Henne came in with a lead, only scored 3 points I believe. Yes he made the scramble to set up the 4th and 1 but I put that more on the d-coordinator and players on the field than Stefanski.

QB1 staying focused on his grind and is all in on a Super Bowl….

It's pretty hard to argue the issue being Stefanski at this point. Even going back to Minnesota with Cousins, he's gotten more out of every QB he's coached other than Watson. If Watson can manage to stay healthy, I think he'll also play very well here. He was starting to play better before he got hurt this past season.

Wish this dipshit would visit the Super Bowl as a Browns QB…Maybe then Al-Zaim can visit him…

Fuck outta here with this…
