Getting back into it. Training starts Monday.
I was there but didn't run. I love Columbus Marathon. Great turnout and a great crowd usually.
Plus, the weather was absolutely perfect for a marathon.
Already set my workouts for next year.

Have you done one of these? I just did a half, but have never trained for bike and swim. I really have no idea where to start with training
Is that down here in Cbus?? If so, I may just have to join you and not do Pelotonia.
The 56 mile bike is easy as shit. For Pelotonia, I haven't been on a bike before the race for over 10 years. The farthest I trained before the race was 25 miles. The final ~10 miles my calves started crampin up and almost got a charlie horse, but never happened. WIth enough training, it would be a breeze.
The swim I would be worried about. I have never swam long distance before.
