MTV Star's Uncle Arrested on Sex Charges

Reality television's Vincent 'Don Vito' Margera, uncle of 'Viva La Bam' star Bam Margera, was held without bond Saturday on a charge of sexual assault on a child.

Margera, 50, was arrested Friday night after a skateboarding event at a Lakewood mall. He is accused of two incidents of sexual assault on a child, city spokeswoman Stacie Oulton said. She said the charges involved inappropriate touching.

The MTV show 'Viva La Bam' focuses largely on Bam Margera playing practical jokes on his parents and uncle, whose dialogue is often unintelligible.

Vincent Margera came to Colorado to film promotional material for ManiaTV.com, which first reported his arrest. ManiaTV.com founder Drew Massey said Margera had finished his work before the arrest.

Bam Margera, a professional skateboarder, was not with his uncle on the trip.

ive seen him in public a couple times at a few different clubs, and when i used to go to philly. dude is trash. he has always been like that though.

I honestly think that police should reserve the right to arrest people strictly based on appearances. It should be used as a precautionary measure. Precautionary profiling and stereotyping they'd call it. The apperance of the person should pass as evidence in a court of law.

Certain offenders are just too easy for me to pick out of a crowd. I cant be the only one that can do it.

(1) We all know what the LARGE majority of terrorists looks like. Dont bullshit around with me. They all have a couple things in common. Who can tell me what they are?

(2) Child predators all look the damn same. Pedos all have that weird smug smile and slight, skinny frame and gaybo haircut. John Mark Karr has the ultimate child molester look. If someone you know looks like John Mark Karr...report him for suspicion of child molestation. The feds will do the rest.

(3) Serial killers are easy to spot too. They're almost always out of shape (not necessarily fat) white guys with beards. They're the type of guys that would NOT be described as non- conformists because they dont acknowledge that there is a general conformity that one should maintain as a functioning member of society. They are almost always passive- aggressive as hell.

Trained cops should be allowed to publicly question anyone who fits the profile of an offender in appearance. The officer should then be allowed to use his discretion to determine whether that person is a child molester, terrorist, or serial killer after about 2-3 mins of conversation. Then that person should be arrested on suspicion of whatever profile they fit.

Believe me...the world would be a safer place.
