Brogdon is at 49.5% taking 4 a game

Its subjective, we will see I guess, but Mitchell has been a much better shooter than i thought

Interesting that most of these guys are going to be assisted unlike MItchell except for Curry

I mean- if Curry declines anytime soon we could have the best volume sniper in the league. This is a distinct possibility. You gotta put Garland in top 10 eventually as well. One more sniper at small forward and we could pack a helluva punch. Then the cherry on top is if Mobley can stretch the floor in a few years.

we kinda got ourselves a lightweight splash bros going on- id like to see garland get up 8-10 threes a game as well. not sure why our offense has no off ball movement at times. frustrating
That’s all on JBB…..his offense is purely vanilla!

Still seems crazy we got this dude
Abit like Draymond. Everyone focused on him being undersized, but nobody cared to look at his competitive drive. Mitchell plays like he is 6'8 and prime Draymond played like he was 6'11.

Here are great highlights of Mitchell in our game against Dallas. He scored 27 in the first half, and he looked like he could have done it in the second half as well. In the playoffs, perhaps he will.

I did notice how he and Garland played off each other well, as did Allen and Mitchell.

Draymond is 6'6" w/o shoes with a 7'1" wingspan.
Donovan is 6'1"w/o shoes with a 6'10" wingspan

They might not have height but they have length to go with that drive.

I am confused as to where people get this idea that DM and Garland have some kind of beef or hard feelings. I mean, we are just viewing this team from a tv screen and hit or miss journalism. I just think its comical that we spew that nonsense. For all we know- those 2 fellas are at a gentlemans club right now getting dances. Our insight into what happens with this team, coach, management is miniscule. Now- saying they don't have chemistry on the court is a reasonable statement- because as of today- they are struggling mightily at times.

I think it was when Mitchell said Garland was the poor man’s point guard version of Rudy Gobert…

I believe Futuredome found the link to that quote or created it himself to stir up the situation in an effort to get Darius on the first thing smokin’ to Beirut….

I mean they were photo'd not too long ago attending a high school game together.

I like his free throw routine. As a basketball player myself who struggles with anxiety and free throws, get up there take a deep breath, close your eyes, zone in and sink it

Still a lot of basketball to be played but Donovan Mitchell is in the running for a 50-40-90 (his free throw percentage is at 89.4%, FG% at 50.2%, 3P% at 42.9%) shooting split season which would make him the tenth player in league history to pull that off.

If DM's scoring average hovers around where he is, he would average the third most points per game among all of them (Curry - 30.1 PPG, Bird - 29.9 PPG, Mitchell - 29.2 PPG). Hell, there's a chance he could average more than 30.1. Haven't checked through every season on the list, but per 100 possessions he may be first there with his current play and the Cavs slow pace (averaging 40 points per 100possessions)

Not a shabby start to the year from Donovan to say the least :chuckle:
