People hate on the Steelers for their own reasons.... However, you have to admit they are a very smart organization and are light years ahead of the Browns for it...Their front office knows exactly what they are doing... By doing so they don't drop off and are pretty much contenders every year..

They draft for a need in the first 3 rounds and then just draft for the best value depth with what's avalible per position...
