So much Russell Westbrook potential in that frame.... Hate to see this happen

It's a shame but maybe its best to get him right for next season

Whoopedy do. He's young, take all the time in the world to get healthy. Why rush him back to a god awful team and risk further injury? I don't care if he sits this whole season and rehabs the injury. Get him healthy, have a great offseason, and have him come in next year with our 2020 1st round pick and lets see what he can do.

Don't we need to actually be worried about his leg at this point? He already sat out a long time, they were "extra cautious" and it is still injured.

I hope he doesn't become Luke Jackson 2.0. Having his career end before it even began...

Luke's career should have probably never started. Luke, Jiri Welsch, Jason Kapono and Sahsa Pavlovic need to start a support group for guys who Jim Paxson drafted or traded for thinking he was getting himself.

would shut him down for rest of the season. Rehab only.

What sold me on not rushing him back were the former military RCF's members who talked about the injury. He just needs to get himself right and when he can play, he can play. Until then, get a feel on Osman and Porter Jr and allow them to grow or not.

Hopefully the rest of the season and working with cleve clinic doctors. If successful it will be like adding another pick next year

When you miss a complete season your basketball skills erode. Get him healthy and get him to the g league. Doubt he can help the Cavs at all this season

If he’s fully healthy, play him. Shutting him down for a season just because he’s missed the first thirty games serves no purpose.

Again, the caveat is Fully Healthy, but as long as he is, he should play.

its a reaction to the burden brought on by trying to shoulder the expectations of message board posters everywhere.
There's a whole bunch of players suffering from this injury..heard it doesn't have a fix even if you win a championship..
