I disagree. The Celtics are a solid, well coached team. The pressure is not on them. They also play very well on their home court. They also don't rely on just ONE player.

I actually don't Lue but it's fucking hard to defend him with this love of Clarkson and Hood and TT.

TT is not the same if you gameplan for him: he plays well against Horford you use him against him and then use Nance when Horford is out
Love at C works against C but against the Celts you go Love/Nance and screw them up with size

Game 2 could go the same way guys. I’m not seeing anything that says this will be an isolated event. In 2 days Boston will STILL guard LeBron this way, we will still have shitty defensive players, well still have an older team, and well still have Lue as coach.


We will probably have more energy in game 2 and I’d bet a couple more 3s fall.

LeBron playing intimidated. You can clearly see that even without a hard defense or double team, he was passing it, worse he was passing it in the middle of his drive, changing his mind to drive it hard. That Travel call, he was going to drive and he already has his first move only to change mind and pass it to a non open player at the corner.

Cavs try to switch everything but simply don't have the personnel. Then LeBron plays super lazy defense. Just couldn't match their energy.

This team looked so incredibly unprepared on offense. No matter who had the ball in their hand the rest of the team just stood around and watched. LeBron was embarrassing offensively and defensively.
