As we close out the season as the CENTRAL DIVISION CHAMPS I was thinking it could be fun to hand out some completely meaningless internet forum awards to our favorite players... I'll kick it off with pitching.

I don't think I can insert/post multiple polls in a single thread... But help if possible, otherwise I'll try to post one of these a day until I run out.

The Banner (Bruce) award goes to little Josh Naylor.

Naylor and OGon are the easy ones. They're absolute tanks and will fuck my opponent up.

Clase is my last one. He's our closer. I also think he's that quiet crazy guy who you turn around and go "Oh shit, did he just kill that guy?"

Bieber is still the choice for me, but Triston was quite close and has made impressive strides this season. Clase has been brilliant, but the starters contributed more.

Great choices for the Fight Club have already been offered -- I'd make Naylor, Oscar, and Miles Straw (of course) my trio.

Agreed Naylor is a lock, and if you're not taking Oscar you have serious balls... Filling out the trio... Straw and Karinchak are solid choices and Clase is the CLOSER.... Hedges could work and Gimenez can probably take a punch.. Plesac? Nah.. Gotta go with Clase I think..

I think Karinchak is too stupid. Dude would get overhyped and knocked out cold within the first two seconds.

Gotta throw Big Sam in there somewhere. Benson doesn't really seem like a member of the squad but...

Neither seem like the kind to start fights but also don't seem like the ones to start fights with.
