Following the 43rd game of the Cavs 2021/2022 season, RealCavsFans.com introduces the fifth episode of the Rubber Rim Job podcast.

@RchfldCavRaised is joined by co-host @Damage as they reflect on the recent extensions for GM Koby Altman and Head Coach J.B Bickerstaff and the upcoming trade deadline.

Somehow the guys sprinkle in talk about:

- Rchfld totally butchering his "Dan Gilbert being casted on the tv show Succession" analogy
- Organizational stability
- Rumored trade targets Eric Gordon, Terrence Ross and others
- Cav All-Star Projections

Almost done. Great Pod and the conversation is flowing really well.

Thinking on the Rondo talk and then tying it all in with Rubio, Rondo, and Calderon

That is a HELL of a lotto PG IQ in the building and there is no way that the Cavs don't intend for Garland and Sexton to soak in every bit of it they can. Really underrated move by Koby and no way it wasn't thought out as a way to help mentor Garland and Sexton.

I doubt it happens but I wouldn't hate at all if they found a way rot have Rondo, Rubio, and Calderon all in the organization next year. Or at least two out of the three.

Not gonna listen till tomorrow when I’m on the treadmill

He’s worried Dylan’s going to get Serena before he gets his chance. Dylan and Serena are destined because Serena is a Belmont 9.

No sir.

My office was on 21st Ave for a few years which is the beginning of the Belmont and Lipscomb off campus housing neighborhoods, and let me tell you... there is some Bible thumping talent attending those schools

Serena is a solid 6 here in the Athens of the South.

I try to make an @Lee joke and you resort to FACTS? If Dylan wore #6 I would have said she is a Belmont 6.

In any case I’m too old to be a talent scout for universities. Although it is very noticeable that the stands for southern schools are a lot easier on the eyes than northern schools.
