Mobley isn't going to be a sniper in the next few years (maybe never). The next phase of his development needs to be becoming a threat. Even if the release is slow, even if he only hits 35% of his open 3's, it will make us a much better team if his defender has to honor the possibility of a shot going in. He's a good passer, so if he can make his man guard him honestly to the 3-pt line our entire offense would benefit.
