A few new things updated this weekend and more to come.

"Thanks" Update

The thank you button is now to the right of quote and edit buttons on each post. I remember complaints that the Thanks button was too close to the Quote button and people where accidentally hitting Thanks instead of Quote.

Bottom Links

After viewing a thread, there will be a series of links for you to navigate. I know it sucked having to scroll all the way back up to get back to the home page, or the main forum. This should fix that hassle.

Viewers in each thread
Not sure if any of you noticed, but now you can see how many people are viewing that thread. It may lure more viewers to add to the discussion.

Inf, when I click on "new posts", my Avi and user Control Panel pop up. That was one of the best features. Glitch?

It should pop up when you hit that little arrow next to your name.

Maybe you are miss-clicking because it's been working for me, but I do miss and click my name on accident here and there.

I've mis-clicked it a bunch of times before, but this is different. I've tried it 100 times today and it has not worked once. It doesn't matter if I click the highlighted "New Posts" thingy or the arrow. The stupid pic of Jason Kidd pops up smiling at me and the User CP list....strange.

Hmmm...not sure. It seems to be working for me? Im using Firefox, not sure if that makes a difference.

It's always worked before...just not today. I'm heading out for the SB right now, maybe if I log out it will be fine when i log back in.

I just checked IE and I'm seeing the same problem... but it works fine in Firefox, which is what I normally use. It's weird - when you mouse over "New Posts" you do see the address for new posts but it brings up the User Control Panel when clicked.

My advice - don't use IE, it sucks anyway! :chuckles:

Yes...but when I click it, the User CP pops up, the little arrow that used to be next to "Welcome, _amon _ones" is now located next to "...your last visit." I can click anywhere on those first 2 lines in that box, and the User CP pops up.

Try Firefox if you have that on your computer. I always use Firefox, but I got the same problem you and Max are seeing when I tried IE.

I'm assuming you're on a PC and not a Mac...

Yep...unfortunately, it's a company laptop, and we are not allowed to install any updates (or outside software) here...I will just have to cheat and do it from home.
